Booklet for youth workers in Georgia

A practical booklet for youth workers to guide youth participation in local activities (ages 13–18) in rural Georgia.

The resource is a toolkit developed under the Be INvolved project (Georgia) to support NGOs, educators, volunteers, and local actors in engaging adolescents (13–18 years) in local initiatives. It offers a clear step-by-step process: research, implementation, and evaluation. It combines civic education, participatory methods (e.g., mapping, field games, film projects, photo workshops), and reflections on lessons learned from the project’s experience. The booklet also discusses local resource mobilization, funding strategies, sustaining youth initiatives, and ways to meaningfully feed back results to young participants.
