School Participatory Budgeting: A tool to foster school democracy

This comparative report explains how students can participate in school budgeting.

This resource combines national research in Poland, Bulgaria, Italy, and Spain, case studies, expert interviews and findings from pilot School PB processes.

It can be used to understand different School PB models, compare national conditions, identify barriers and factors for success, and develop or improve participatory budgeting in schools.
