Charter of quality for PB in Portugal

Charter elaborated by the Portuguese Network of Local Authorities that sets basic paramethers for the quality of PB implementation.

The charter presents 13 principles to guide PB processes in Portugal, which can also be useful for municipalities in other countries planning to implement PB.
