Report: French citizens' convention on climate

This is the final report of the French Citizens' Convention on Climate held in 2019 and 2020. A representative panel of citizens was asked to deliberate on the question, “How can France reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 40% (from the 1990s level) by 2030, in the spirit of social justice?”

Participants expressed their disappointment with the July 2021 draft legislation on climate and resilience, stating that the bill did not match their recommendations.
