Hungarian manual to introduce PB to the Hungarian audience. It introduces the basic concepts of the concept of participatory democracy. Then, it outlines five models of participatory budgeting from Porto Alegre to New York, from the case of Paris to the 'community grant-pot' method of Scotland. Then, it presents the advantages and shortcomings of the PB in the Central-Eastern European region. In the end, it gives a step-by-step overview of the PB process. The manual is edited by K-Monitor, a Budapest-based watchdog.
