It's time to reserve your accommodation for the convening! We have four recommended hotel options, and a limited number of discounted rooms available:

• Golden Tulip Westlands: This 4-star hotel will host most of the convening sessions! Only participants sponsored by People Powered will stay here.

• Elite Residence: This apartment-style accommodation is a 7-minute walk from the main venue. We have secured exclusive discounts for convening attendees of $100 per night, inclusive of breakfast. Only participants with convening tickets are eligible to book rooms here. Contact us promptly if you wish to stay here — rooms are limited. Payment can be made directly at reception upon arrival. 

• Pride Inn Westlands: This 3-star hotel is a 10-minute walk from the main venue, with standard rates typically ranging from $105 to $124 per night.

• Crossroads Hotel: This 3-star hotel is a 12-minute walk from the main venue and offers standard rates typically ranging from $61 to $139 per night.

Of course, you are welcome to explore other alternatives, including privately rented accommodation such as Airbnb on your own.

If you are traveling from abroad to the convening, please check the official Kenya E-Visa website for information on how to apply and what is required. We will issue invitation letters to all confirmed participants.
