Participatory Budgeting vote flyer

This flyer informed residents about voting locations and times for a participatory budgeting process in Chicago's 45th ward.

In addition to providing logistical information, the flyers preview the projects that community members could vote on to allocate $1 million in capital infrastructure funds.
