Global assembly on the climate crisis

The Global Assembly, which is made up of 150 organizations from over 50 countries, aims to create a permanent global citizens’ assembly on the climate crisis and has been co-designed with institutions, scientists, citizens and social movements.

The website provides resources for creating one's own assembly and learning about the climate crisis. The Global Assembly consists of two parts, the "core assembly," a global citizens' assembly with 100 randomly selected participants, and "community assemblies." Both seek to answer this question: How can humanity address the climate and ecological crisis in a fair and effective way?
