Just energy transformation in Rybnik

A video on the Rybnik360 project, a just-energy transition project focused on phasing out coal in one of the EU’s largest coal-producing regions through the involvement of citizens and city stakeholders.

The citizens and city stakeholders were involved in planning the city’s development strategy, and then implementing it together. The “deep listening” method was used to conduct a series of in-depth interviews with residents and a complex analysis process. This methodology fostered more effective collective action for social change.
