AI & Citizen Participation: A Practitioner Workshop

Following the launch of the OECD and Bertelsmann Stiftung report Artificial Intelligence and the Future of Citizen Participation, this hands-on session brings practitioners together to work through what the research means in practice.

In facilitated breakout groups, each led by a practitioner sharing how they have used AI tools in their own context, participants will compare approaches, surface shared challenges, and leave with concrete ideas to apply in their own work.

DeliberAIde will support discussions in breakout rooms, capturing and summarising discussion highlights in real time. An AI-free breakout room will be available for those who prefer not to be recorded.

Note that spots are limited.

Speakers: To be announced.

Co-organized by: People Powered, Bertelsmann Stiftung, and the OECD.

Privacy notice:

The breakout-group discussions will be recorded and processed with DeliberAIde (deliberaide.com) to create summaries and visualizations of the workshop. Audio is transcribed and then deleted; personal identifiers are automatically redacted from the transcripts; all processing takes place on EU servers, and your data is never used to train AI. You can withdraw your consent at any time and ask for your contributions to be deleted — contact info@peoplepowered.org. If you prefer not to be recorded, a breakout group without AI recording will be available. See DeliberAIde's privacy policy: deliberaide.com/privacy-policy (select "Platform privacy notice").
